Your business account needs the ability to receive tickets from other organizations or people. All tickets that are sent to the ticketmanager e-mail address are automatically assigned to account.
Because you can receive tickets from anywhere in your business account, this e-mail address has to be unique and cannot be used for other accounts.
Which e-mail address should I use?
We recommend using an own e-mail address - like e.g. ticket-management@mycompany.com - for this purpose.
Common problems
The system tells me, I cannot use the e-mail address I entered as ticketmanager e-mail
In this case the e-mail address is already used somewhere else in the system. Please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
